With this division, we are able to offer our Benefits clients value-added advisory and consultative services. In some instances, companies may need more “hands on” approach that requires retained or project based services. RPG Solutions’ HR Services division is able to operate separately or together with our Benefit Services Division clients simply because we are different.

On site Fractional Retained HR Service
Fractional HR Services provides for outsourced consulting at your site for up to 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 hours per month. Based on your level of engagement,we can be your service partner to your management team or your supplemental HR department. Services provided under this arrangement are for management support and high level employee support as mutually agreed and outlined by client and RPG. If additionalservices are requested beyond the contracted amount; client will be billed at an hourly rate as outlined in Statement of Work.

Project Based Non Retained HR Services
Additional Human Resources Services are offered on an hourly basis or a fixed fee determined on project scope and resources available and depending on level of service outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). RPG will provide advisory and consulting servicesunder this arrangement to assist your management team in determining your specific HR needs to include strategy, education and provide guidance through the process in helping your company determine the best solutions.

Training
Our training designed for organizations, individuals, manager, and HR professionals to effectively build skills, expand an existing knowledge base, and explore personal and professional development. It focuses on critical areas of growth to strengthen confidence, communication and trusting relationships. Attendees will gain the ability to give effective feedback to develop and maintain a strong team.

Assessments
RPG is an authorized reseller of DiSC and can provide Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessments to assist people in their personal and professional development.
